The Leigh
Natural and Sustainable Flowers
The Leigh is a stunning floral table centrepiece, full of beautiful, seasonal sunflowers and foliage, presented in a Pots and Petals choice of pot. It's perfect for that special someone, or occassion and ready to pop straight on the table.
This gorgeous floral table centrepiece has been created using only sustainably sourced flowers from local flower farms, and foliage from British growers. The floral table centrepiece contains between 30-35 stems and it approx 45-50cm in diameter.
If you would like a handwritten message to be added, please write the details on the notes section of your order.
Keeping in line with my sustainability ethos, the flowers are arranged in the bowl using chicken wire or copper mesh, which can be washed, re-used and will not rust. The pot is however yours to keep and you can always return for a refill!
No plastics, or Oasis Floral Foam are used in this design as these products are harmful to our environment as they are not biodegradable.
Flowers are harvested following your order, therefore, please allow between 3-5 working days before your order is ready. Once cut, flowers are conditioned naturally, in a cool environment, before being combined into a stunning, sustainable design.

Local Delivery - Available for local delivery, please do get in touch to confirm the areas this covers, as well as discuss delivery date and time. A delivery fee is added at checkout.

Care Instructions
- When you get your flowers home, you may need to top up with water. Should you wish to transfer to a vase remove from box and trim the stems by about a centimeter.
- Place in a clean vase with fresh cool water in it - ideally one which is about 1/3 the height of the flowers. Add flower food if provided.
- Keep your arrangement out of direct light and away from a heat source such as a radiator or fire
- Keep away from fruit
- Change the water every few days
- Do not mix old and new flowers
- Do not leave any leaves on the stem below the water line

We hope that you are delighted with your flowers. However, should you encounter a problem with them please do get in touch as soon as possible.
Please read the section on how to care for your cut flowers, if you follow these guidelines you will maximise their vase life.
Sustainability
At Pots and Petals we source from local flower farms who grow without the use of pesticides. We operate a low waste policy and our flowers are never wrapped or displayed in plastic or floral foam. By buying British flowers over imported flowers you are chosing to significantly reduce your carbon footprint.
